What you get
On-site assessment that names the one or two bottlenecks worth fixing first
Any industry: manufacturing, retail, F&B, healthcare, real estate, agriculture, logistics
Bilingual, simple interfaces plus floor training until the shift is comfortable
Digital transformation does not start with expensive software. It starts with finding where time and money leak out of your operation: the stock ledger kept by hand, purchase orders buried in a personal chat thread, the monthly timesheet spreadsheet that has to be reconciled three times before payroll. We come on site, pick the one or two bottlenecks worth fixing first, and digitize in stages so you see a result in weeks rather than years.
We take on work in any industry — manufacturing and engineering plants in the Dong Nai industrial parks, retail chains, restaurants and cafes, clinics and dental practices, real estate agencies, farms and agricultural cooperatives, transport and logistics operators. The industry changes; the underlying problem rarely does: capture data once, keep it in one place, and let managers see it from a phone. Because a tool only helps if people use it, we design simple bilingual interfaces and train your team on the floor until the whole shift is comfortable with it.
We are a small company. Is transformation overkill for us?
Not if you start narrowly. A first phase is usually one system — inventory, orders or approvals — costing less than the manual work it replaces, and it only expands once it has proved itself in daily use.
Our industry is unusual. Can you still help?
Processes differ a great deal by industry; the digital problem rarely does — capture data, move it, report on it. We begin with a free on-site assessment, and if the problem is outside what we can do well, we say so instead of taking the project.
Who owns the system and the data afterwards?
You do. Source code, database and documentation are handed over, and the system can run on your own server or a cloud account in your company name, with daily automated backups.
