What you will ask before you sign
Straight answers, including to the questions that do not flatter us. Anything else, just call — the consultation is not billed.

Contractual terms rather than promises: a written scope, a fixed price quoted line by line, a stated warranty period, and your company holding the domain and the source code from handover onwards. We also do not borrow anyone else’s logos or testimonials to persuade you. If we cannot deliver, you take the code elsewhere and lose nothing.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we do not publish a price list. In the first consultation you get a range and the scope tiers that go with it, before you commit to anything. Once the scope is agreed the quote is fixed — nothing is added later unless the scope itself changes.
Can the project run in English?
English: yes — project meetings and documents are handled directly in English. Chinese: we do not run meetings in Chinese, but quotes, handover documentation, the software interface and the user guide can all be delivered in Chinese, and a bilingual build is a normal request here.
Can we maintain the content ourselves afterwards?
Yes. Websites and systems ship with an admin area for your own staff to change content, images and pricing. We train your team directly and leave written documentation behind. Anything that genuinely needs the source code touched, you call us.
How long does it take?
A company website is measured in weeks; custom management software is measured in months and is split into staged handovers. The specific dates are in the quote, and you see a working demo every week — so you are reading progress rather than being told about it.
